This is great. And reminds me a little bit of Erika Lyremark’s Whiplist made easy and with added bonuses and a place to put your purpose which set your mindset for the day. I love this and will definitely use this to help me organize my day. Thanks so much for helping me start my day in such an organized way.

I haven’t taken any of Erika’s courses, but I have spoken to her and she is smart as a whip! I know ton’s of people who have really done well with her. I am glad you will be able to use it! ~Cathy

Thanks Cathy, I love the reminder to have the numbers be the possibilities not a reflection of limiting beliefs.

Sheila! I know…I think that we often only live up to our own expectations…so why not expect more! Thanks!

I love the way it’s set out so clearly Cathy. So many people need help to really focus on why they’re doing what they’re doing. Great job. Sarah

These are simple steps that everyone should take with their business. And, writing them down vs having some idea of them in their head is KEY! I did something similar to this at the beginning of the year and it was great to see the numbers broken out and goals set. A great resource Cathy. Thanks for sharing.

Great worksheet Cathy. Getting this info down on paper and seeing the reality of the numbers is super motivating.

I admit, I love exercises like these! But I never plan on working 52 weeks per year–more like 46, because I know that no one hardly ever hits their weekly appointment goal every week, AND this build in time off. I think this helps coaches see, too, how important it is to build in products and other things. Yay, thanks for the motivation!

I love this Cathy. While I’m not a health coach, I am a web writer trainer and this worksheet is a great way to get specific with your goals and daily tasks. Thanks for a great resource. x
