What to expect from your done-for-you program

Of course, we expect results for our clients.

We can expect administrative and marketing support from a good program.

Beneath it all, what we’re expecting is a ROI – RETURN ON INVESTMENT.  Purchasing a program or course for reuse should not be considered an expense so much as an INVESTMENT.  You should expect to have an initial COST for the program, but then, you should have a reasonable expectation for a return on that investment in the way of sales.  You do this by projecting sales and then by actually putting people, many people and/or groups of people into the program. 

For a health practitioner, this is a cost of goods sold. 

Once you have covered the cost of the program, there is no cost of goods and sales of the program are 100% profit. 

That is why program sales are a good business model for health practitioner. 

That is one of the reasons that this is a solid and affordable health solution for your customer.  You don’t have to overcharge for something that you have no cost to administer.

It is a win/win for all. 

How to Charge

Previously, I wrote an elaborate article on how to charge for services.  I won’t go through all of that again here, but for your convenience, it will be linked below.  You’ll want to take into account many things, including, but not exclusive to geographical location, services, products, time, education, and accepted rates in the niche you are practicing in.  A program alone, does not require additional costs once you’ve covered the price of the program.  This makes it a very economical way to help people.

 

Choosing the Right Program

It’s a little trickier to choose the right program for your niche.  We’ve created many programs over the years.  We started with the 3-6-9-12 Month program to help our new coaches become more comfortable coaching.  We then went on to build out the 12 Day Detox, 28 Day Slim, Sexy, & Smart for adding products, and 28 Day Spiritual Cleanse.  These programs have been used successfully by thousands of coaches.  We then started creating programs that could be an entire business PWL – Healthy Habits, a physician approved weight loss program.  Since then, our programs have grown and grown.  All programs have been physician/health coach approved.  We have been assisted by sleep specialists, psychologists, personal trainers, dietitians, and all of our programs are top notch.  The programs are beautiful.

Perspective is Everything!

Don’t be a program collector merely to have a library of programs.  Use your programs to to help people.  Your programs need to be making you money.  First they need to pay you back for the money you invested in them.  Then they need to create revenue for you.  If you get out there and share them the way you should (use my launch and marketing articles and courses) then they should be creating a lot of revenue for you.
