FREE – Rock the Holiday – Challenge Yourself!

Monday marks the start of  a “Rock the Holiday Challenge”.  We will rock the holiday season and start the New Year out right!

Do you want to join me?  It is free and we are all participants.

We can all do it our own way…just set goals and be accountable to your actions and progress at least once a week.

Goals should include…

  1. nutrition

  2. exercise

  3. gratitude

  4. giving.

You don’t have to brag about your giving…but if someone gives and it turns out to be really special …share it here.  You may also want to include it as a part of your goal.  In prior years, my goal was to give without cost.

Is there anyone else who is struggling…or struggles through the holidays that you know…invite them along! This weekend I will work on my own goals and post them here.

I have a “Secret” Facebook page that you can be invited to if you would like to be involved!    Comment below or email me to join in, this will be fun!  Share this with your friends!

I would love to join in the challenge and the FB group. Christmas is a time I struggle through a bit and winter is a tough season for me so this might just put a different focus on the last part of this year.
What a great idea. thank you.

I would love to challenge myself this season and share my thoughts and actions. The dark months haven’t always been happy ones for me, but, like Joss, I’d love to change that! Please sign me up! 🙂

Cathy, this is so timely for me! I just joined an exercise class that meets three times per week. I’ve been doing pretty good on nutrition, but with the weather turning colder, I might need to revamp a bit. Thanks for the great focus through the holidays!

Ooh Cathy this is such a great idea. Specifically the fact that it’s around the holidays when we all tend to majorly fall off multiple wagons. Ha! Very cool. I’m going to forward this to a couple of people I think could really benefit!

Hmm – does this mean I have to remove my head from the sand about how close the holidays are? In the UK we don’t have Thanksgiving so at least I don’t have to think about that yet. Thanks for making me think about it strategically! Sarah

That you include number 4, giving, says so much about what this is about. What a great idea and a way to anchor it all in what which is most nourishing. Very cool!

ROCK THE HOLIDAY INDEED! What a great way to celebrate by investing in our health, our ability to give and being thankful for what we have. Beautiful pillars for every holiday!
