- See your dermatologist regularly for cancer checks
- Get plenty of daily exercise
- Have fun and laugh
- Breathe, find a breathing app and spend some time everyday doing mindful breath work
- Use coconut oil after your shower for body moisturizer
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser
- Find a facial moisturizer you love (try a product with vitamin B5)
