This week we are releasing our first social media webinar. “Create Your Own Facebook Fanpage”. There is a lot of beginner information mixed with tips and tricks that many people don’t know about successful marketing online. It is worthwhile for beginners and advanced Facebook users. This will be the first of many FREE webinars to help you to build your own community and your list. It is our way of giving back to an industry that has been so good to us.After 32 years in brick and mortar business, social media seemed very confusing to me. It seemed like there should be a way to simplify it. I love linear. I can learn to do things in a linear fashion. I can’t remember what year it was, I think around 2008, that Tony Robbins put out “The New Money Masters”. I purchased it figuring it would give me the golden ticket to internet business. I listened to it…but at the time, I was stuck on what to apply it to. It was like Greek to me. It took a lot of trial and error. There is a lot to learn. Social Media…Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn…..and what do they all have to do with building a list? What is a list? How do you go from putting out blog after blog that are lonely and unread – to having a blog that is commented on and read…and shared? How do you grow if no one knows about you? Well those are the things we are going to be working on. We are starting simply with Facebook and one of the most important thing you do to get a tribe or community started – your FanPage.
