This is where we need you!

We are looking for sources that you have read/seen and respect.

&

We are looking for experts in their fields for input and (well documented) articles and papers on these special topics.  In return for your collaboration and contribution, we will give you credit in the supplement as well as the resource page of the 12 month program.  It will help to establish you as an expert in your field as well as give you something, with your name as author, to give to your clients.  We will also give you a free copy of the supplement so that you can use it with your clients.

Are there any special topics that you would love to have included?

Do you feel like you have something to contribute?

I’d like to help with pre and post workout nutrition. I see so many people running out of fuel halfway throught their workouts, and then waiting to long to refuel. For peak performance and optimum results
    nutrition and timing is key.
When is the deadline for content?

Hi Ariane, is this plant based diet?

        Hi Cathy,
It is not limited to a plant based diet. However, for those who prefer a plant based diet there are plenty of foods that can provide the proper nutrients for pre and post workout.

Although a large portion of my diet is plant based, I incorporate fish, chicken or eggs into my eating plan 1-2 times a day. I also try to avoid wheat. That works best for me.

Everybody is different and I am happy to provide options for both.

Ariane, I have a section on plant based already completed based on Brendan Brazier’s work. I was hoping that yours was not, I am very interested in what you have. Can you email me with articles or info that you could contribute? Thanks!

I absolutely think this will help me with my slow growing client base. I am a cancer survivor and still going through the process of growing along with treatment. I want to be a cancer advocate to women who have or are fighting the good fight, Life, and also have the information for them about being nutritionally sound. Which I am collecting now. I think that would be a subject to include in your expanded area.

Hi – I see that there is stuff about stress and visualization. I can do Meditation and what type is best for you. It would be based on the book ‘Meditation for your life’ and various articles, some of which are found on MindBodyGreen.com and Deepak Chopra. Let me know if this is something you would like, because it is definitely something I am including in my sessions!

I teach cooking class for optimum energy and health. I have been a cooking instructor for my own business as well as at Whole Foods Market. I don’t settle for food that is just “whole” healthy food but it has to have the taste factor as well. The secondary focus is on blood sugar.
