What’s a Coach?
A coach works with clients to provide high quality, inspirational processes followed by support, encouragement, and accountability.
Is this for me?
Are you coaching and feeling uncomfortable or lack confidence?
Are you a health practitioner who would like to learn to coach?
Are you a health practitioner who wants to train their nurse, dietitian, pa, to coach?
Do you, employee, a coach and want to strengthen their skills?
Are you a life coach who wants to strengthen your coaching skills?
Are you a pastor, minister, grief counselor, and/or recovery coach who want strong coaching skills?
Did you graduate as a health, life, or other type of coach and don’t feel like there was much emphasis on coaching skills?
Do you feel the need to “fix” your client by solving their problems for them?
Do you find yourself tired of listening or uncomfortable with silence?
Do you ever interrupt your client?
Would you just like to cut to the chase and give your client the answers?
Do you get distracted when your client repeats themselves or goes on and on about the same thing?
Are you comfortable enough to go off your list of things to cover in a coaching call?
Do you ask TOO MANY questions?
Do you get frustrated with clients who don’t care as much as you do?
Do you lack a system goal setting, action, and then, for the assessment?
Do you ask for unreasonable outcomes?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re in the right place. While coaching is a profession that does not ensure desired results because of a good coach, having the right skills will improve the results and your confidence at the same time.

There are no “open-book” tests. Coaching is an incredible skill that allows you the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. It’s not easy and we recommend you give it serious discernment before embarking on this course of study.
