There may be a videographer and photographer present at our events and by attending you give us permission to use any photos you appear in on our website or for marketing purposes.
The Health Coach Group does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for: any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during the event. Death or any personal injury suffered by you at an event.
Airfare, airport transfers, ground transportation to or from the events, lodging upgrades, or activities at the resort, such as private lessons, spa services, etc. aside from those listed above are not included. Please see above for details on meals and lodging for each event. Any person who is in on the event property, regardless of retreat participation must be declared and paid for before arrival.

Do I need to be a health coach to attend the event?
You should be a health professional. This event is really directed to health professionals such as holistic practitioners, health coaches, dietitians, doctors, and chiropractors to facilitate connection and professional relationships.
Is there Wifi access?
Yes!
Will we have time for leisure and fun?
Yes! This event is all about having fun. You will have time every day to enjoy the beach and sunshine.
What should I pack?
Divide your belongings between a small carry-on suitcase and a full suitcase so you have clothing and essentials if your checked baggage is delayed or lost. Pack prescription medications, extra eyeglasses or contacts/cleaning solution, personal feminine products, and all important papers (tickets, passport or visa, hotel and car reservations, necessary phone numbers) in your carry-on.
General Packing Tips
- Clothing should be comfortable and easy to clean.
- Temperatures are typically high 80’s to low 60’s.
- Business casual for meetings and casual (comfortable play) clothing.
- Bring a sweater or light jacket for cooler nights and air-conditioned meeting rooms.
- Sandals are a good idea if you plan on hitting the pool.
What if I change my mind about going?
This is a non-refundable purchase. You may transfer your ticket to another person with 45 days notice. There is a $100 transfer fee.
