Day 4: Design Your Board
- Begin arranging images and words into a physical or digital board.
- Focus on balance, clarity, and inspiration.
Day 5: Make It Visible
- Place the vision board somewhere they'll see it daily (bedroom, office, or phone wallpaper).
- Create a visualization routine (morning coffee, journaling, or bedtime reflection).
